Farmhouse Chic

Due the Oscars last month, I moved this nostalgic
Farmhouse Interiors post to the weekend since I
am actually out of town today (April 4).
So here it is, some Farmhouse beauty.
Enjoy!
"Green Acres is the place to be
Farm living is the life for me
Land spreading out so far and wide
Keep Manhattan,
Just give me that countryside..."

Zsa Zsa might have wanted to stay if she had had farmhouse interiors like these:

Have a wonderful day!

P.S. For those who might remember, here's a  studio picture of the Douglas Homestead :

Tory Burch Design: Exceptional Style

Tory Burch:
I  enjoy and admire her lovely fashion and interior designs. She is consistent in her choices of color and mood, but each time, the look is unique.  She understands relaxed, appropriate style... An understated sophistication, for both formal and casual looks.
Here's why I am a fan:

I have the flipflops in black. Now must also have these:
Don't you feel as if you know  this room?

She knows I want that dress:

Friendly formality~

Summer glamour ~ stay cool

What an original, smart and creative designer, businesswoman,
mother, and role model for all women !
You GO, Tory!

Have a great day!

Romantic, Beautiful, Sexy Bathrooms Part 2

MORE romantic, beautiful, and sexy bathrooms!
You will find clever little ideas in many of them, that
you can try out in your own "Ablutions Center"

>Something as simple as a side table
with a couple of  lovely flowers
 by the bathtub
So Nice!!!

The view alone would do it for me...

                                                     The ladder, the bamboo...

I think the "canopy", and the table across the bathtub in image 1, are great, easy ideas...
Now (note-to-self) all I need is a free-standing tub!
How about you?

Have a sweet day!

Romantic, Beautiful, Sexy Bathrooms Part I

There are many ways to spice up your life.
Maybe some bathroom design can do the trick?
After a long day, how nice to be able to escape to one of these rooms:

A fireplace and DeGournay wallpaper!!!

The cost of creating one of these special bathrooms can range from reasonable to ridiculous. But no matter what the budget allows,  it's do-able -- and an effort you will appreciate.

Have a great day!
